采用专利隔离腔结构设计,杜绝液压油污染氢气,即使在密封损坏的情况下也能保证油气分离。通过液压系统控制,让电机运转和缸体运动解耦,启停机不影响压缩机寿命,启停过程无需排气。 

The patented isolation chamber structure design prevents the hydraulic oil from polluting the hydrogen, and ensures the oil and gas separation even in the case of seal damage. Through the hydraulic system control, let the motor running and cylinder movement decoupled, start and stop does not affect the life of the compressor, start and stop process without exhaust.

设备易损件只有缸内活塞和活塞杆密封,且线速度极低,使用寿命长,连续运行时间可达4000小时。单机排量最大排量为1500m3/H。 

The only wearing parts of the equipment are the piston in the cylinder and the piston rod seal, and the linear speed is very low, long service life, continuous operation time up to 4000 hours. The maximum displacement of single machine is 1500m3/H.

多级压缩 整机温度低 槽车卸车率高

采用多级压缩形式,单级压缩比低,增加了级间冷却,整机温度低、能耗低,有助于延长密封件使用寿命。槽车卸载最高,卸载压力可低至3.5MPa。

Adopting multi-stage compression, single-stage compression ratio is low, increased interstage cooling, decrease the temperature of the whole machine, low energy consumption, which helps to extend the service life of seals. The unloading rate of tanker is high, and the unloading pressure can be as low as 3.5MPa.
