       青岛康普锐斯能源科技有限公司于 2017 年10月9日在西海岸新区注册成立,专注液驱压缩机的研发与制造,深耕氢能及油气领域,为加氢站、制加氢一体站、氢气充装母站提供行业领先的整体解决方案;为油气田增产、气举、增压及气液混输等场景提供核心装备支持。公司是山东省瞪羚企业,拥有 60余 项自主知识产权,成功研发 50 余款液驱压缩机机型,设备累计使用时长稳居行业前列。公司与中国石化、中国三峡、南方电网、华电集团、国家能源集团、山东港口等知名企业建立了紧密合作关系。

       Qingdao Compress Energy Technology Co., Ltd.  was registered and established in the West Coast New Area on October 9, 2017. Specializing in the independent  research and development  and manufacturing of hydraulic-driven compressors, it deeply engages in the hydrogen energy and oil and gas sectors. It provides industry-leading integrated solutions for hydrogen refueling stations, hydrogen production and refueling integrated stations, and hydrogen filling mother stations; meanwhile, it offers core equipment support for scenarios such as oil and gas field production enhancement, gas lift, pressurization, and gas-liquid mixed transportation.As a China Shandong Province High-growth enterprises, the company boasts over  60 independent intellectual property rights and has successfully developed over 50 models of hydraulic-driven compressors. 保证氢气纯度 可频繁启停 启停无需排气

Ensure the purity of hydrogen gas Capable of frequent starting and stopping Start-stop function does not require deflating the tires.

采用专利隔离腔结构设计,杜绝液压油污染氢气,即使在密封损坏的情况下也能保证油气分离。通过液压系统控制,让电机运转和缸体运动解耦,启停机不影响压缩机寿命,启停过程无需排气。 

The patented isolated chamber structure design effectively prevents  hydraulic oil  contamination of hydrogen, ensuring oil-gas separation even in the  event of seal  failure. Through hydraulic system  control,  the motor operation is decoupled from cylinder movement, making start-stop cycles non-detrimental to compressor lifespan while  eliminating  the need for exhaust  gas  discharge  during  startup  and shutdown processes.

压缩缸中没有曲轴连杆机构,结构简单,故障率低。部件标准化程度高,无进口依赖,供货周期短,产品后续维护成本低,响应速度快。

The compression cylinder features a simple structure without a crankshaft linkage mechanism, resulting  in  low  failure  rates. Its  components  are  highly  standardized  with  no  reliance  on  imported  parts,  ensuring  short  supply  cycles. The product offers low post-maintenance costs and rapid service response capabilities.

易损件少 使用寿命长 单机排量大

Few wearables Long service life Single engine displacement is large.

设备易损件只有缸内活塞和活塞杆密封,且线速度极低,使用寿命长,单机累计运行时间超过10000小时。单机排量最大排量为2000标方/小时。

The  vulnerable  components  of  the equipment  are  limited to the in-cylinder piston  and  piston  rod  seals.  With  an  extremely  low  linear   velocity    and extended   service  life,  the single unit  achieves a cumulative  operational  duration exceeding 10,000 hours. The maximum displacement  capacity  per unit reaches 2,000 standard cubic meters per hour (Nm³/h).

多级压缩 整机温度低 槽车卸车率高

Multistage compression The overall machine temperature is low. High trailer unloading rate.

采用多级压缩形式,单级压缩比低,增加了级间冷却,整机温度低、能耗低,有助于延长密封件使用寿命。槽车卸载压力可低至3.5MPa。

By  adopting  a   multi-stage   compression  configuration  with a  low   single-stage compression ratio and   incorporating   inter-stage  cooling,  the  system achieves lower overall temperature and  reduced energy  consumption.  This  helps to prolong the service life of sealing components. Additionally, the tube trailer unloading pressure can be as low as 3.5 MPa.
